LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DramaHooked shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.
You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

To the extent that litigation is permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

LLC concerning your use of DramaHooked. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and DramaHooked, whether oral or written.
